Cancellation policy
If a student is unsatisfied with the tutoring or for some other reason wants to cancel
the service contract. Flat World Language will refund you the remaining classes in a
proportional amount of the money.
Notice of the Cancellation must be taken before the 3rd class has been taught and
before 3 weeks of sending the payment.
The student must send an Email describing the reason for the cancellation of the
classes.
If the student has passed the third class or does not put the
Cancellation order in writing, we may not accept the cancellation of
classes.
